If it is agreed that the item may be returned, you may do so at your own cost, provided the item is received in the original packaging and in the same sellable condition.

The custom order process is a fun interchange between the lead designer at no negative and yourself, initiated by filling out our Custom Order Request Form.

The Basic procedure is to agree on the design and dimensions and other specifications.
At which point you will receive your quotation and lead time estimate.
If you agree, the custom order is then paid in full and production will begin according to the lead time.


Cancellations are understandable and need to be expressed via e-mail. Administration costs MAY apply, i.e. payment portal fees and any processing costs. Thus a 5-10% levy may be charged if these have already been incurred. Cancellations of custom orders do not fall part of this.
